Arthur M. Aalgaard Obituary Arthur M. Aalgaard went home to be with his Lord and Savior in Heaven on March 26, 2013. Arthur was born April 18, 1928 in Fargo, North Dakota. He lost his parents at the young age of 8 years old and cherished his seven brothers and sisters. Arthur married the love of his life, Anne McGrath, in Superior, Montana on July 2, 1948 and was an awesome husband and fantastic father. A hard worker, Arthur retired from the Western Fruit/Burlington Northern Railroad after 38 years of service. Besides the deep love he had for his family, he enjoyed music, fishing and westerns. He was preceded in death by his daughter Pattie Grant and is survived by his wife Anne, daughter Debie and Jerry Phillips of Colbert, WA; daughter Sharon and Terry Kittilstved of Spokane; son Michael and Barb Aalgaard of Las Vegas, NV; son David and Lou Aalgaard of Chatteroy, WA; daughter Maggie and David Haworth of Riverton, WY; daughter Liz and Mike Pomerinke of Spokane, WA; 20 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 29th, at 12:00 noon at Fairmount Memorial Park.
