Charles "Charlie" Allen Harper Obituary Charles ?Charlie? Allen Harper, 77, passed away unexpectedly December 22nd at Sacred Heart Medical Center. Charlie loved cars, books, and cookies. After his retirement, Charlie spent his time telling stories of his youth and Navy days and helping others any way he could, but his first love was his family. Charlie is survived by his wife, Dianne, sons James and Corey, daughter Ginny Isbelle , daughters-in-law Laurie and Damiana, and grandchildren: Angeleah Paramore and her husband Payden, William, Charles II, Benjamin, Nicholas, and Madeline Isbelle. Charlie was also one of ten siblings, three of whom have preceded him in death. Charlie was quick to tell everyone that he was a grouch, but the truth is that he was the nicest guy he knew. He will truly be missed. Charlie will be laid to rest in the Medical Lake Veteran?s Cemetery. A memorial service will be planned in the Spring
