Erva Pauline Neill Obituary Erva Pauline Neill was born Sept 3, 1928 passed away on January 27, 2019 at the age of 90. Otis Orchards, WA where she had been living for a year. She was born in Coulee City, WA, the second daughter of Oscar Jens Larsen and Mildred Pierpoint Larsen. For most of Pauline�s life, she was employed as a bookkeeper in Spokane, WA. Prior to that, she operated Dry Falls Caf� in Coulee City, WA with her first husband, Tony E. Tabert. She enjoyed her family, trips to visit them and their activities, and spent many years involved with Michel Parker and Special Olympics. The last years of her life dimmed her memories, but not the quick wit and sarcastic remarks. She no longer knew her daughter Toni and grandson Michel, but she knew she had good food and good care at �their facility.� Survived by sister, Rita Arnes of Spokane; granddaughters, Jennifer Tabert of Spokane Valley and Erin Folsom of Phoenix; grandsons, Marc Folsom of Houston, David Folsom of Chicago, and James and Michel Parker of Otis Orchards; great-grandson, Michel Tabert, Ellie Walters, Leroy Folsom, and Holland Folsom. Preceded in death by William Hugh Neill in 2007. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 2nd from 1-4:30pm at Heritage Funeral Home, 508 N. Government Way, Spokane, WA.
