Frances Wray Obituary Fran was born on July 5th 1924 in Chicago, Ill. On Nov 24, 1956, Fran married Charles Wray. She was the mother of 2 daughters. He was the father of 3 daughters. The Wrays families began life together with their five daughters: Frannie, Diane, Lana, Susan and Jennifer. Fran and Charlie helped in establishing the Bible Community Chapel. Fran�s ministry was in mentoring young women and others. Fran also served in the Billy Graham and Luis Palau Evangelistic Crusades in Spokane. Fran�s dream was to be a part of a large, loving family. Today, her family legacy is indeed large. It is treasured by her 3 living daughters: Diane, Lana, and Jennifer, 19 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren. Fran moved up to Heaven on Nov 9, 2019 A family celebration of Fran�s life is planned.
