Hariette Ann Wyene Obituary Harriette Ann Wyene passed away December 2, 2021. She was born July 26, 1945, in Spokane WA to Allen and Virginia Cox. Harriette attended the Davis School for the Deaf in Spokane and went on to graduate in 1963 from the Washington State School for the Deaf. She married Ronald Wyene in 1965 and they raised four children on Spokane?s South Hill. The family of six lived a happy life in the only home they ever knew. Many memories were also made on family trips in their station wagon. Always outgoing, Harriette was an active member of the Faith Lutheran Church for the Deaf and International Lutheran Deaf Association. Harriette lived to serve others, volunteering her time within the church and for the community. She was an avid bowler, representing the Inland Empire Association for the Deaf on the women?s team for several years. Harriette was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ronald (1986), son Kenny (1996) and grandson John Cody Allen (2021). She is survived by her aunt Ann Snyder, siblings John Cox, Robert Cox, Jim Cox, Linda Spektor and Bill Cox. They are joined be Harriette?s three daughters, Caroline Allen, Annette Dullanty and Susie Pace. In addition, she is survived by nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
