Janet Kay Pederson Obituary Janet Kay Pederson passed away peacefully on December 5th, 2021, with her daughter Lynnette and grandkids Ashlee, Zack and Sidney holding her beautiful hands. Janet was born in Spokane Washington on august 20th 1934 to her hardworking loving parents, Ada, and Bill Lane. She always wanted a little sister and finally arrived seven years later. She attended Rogers High School and met the love of her life at 15 and a half years old, Len Peterson, from Central Valley High School. They were married on September 29th, 1952. Soon after they had two adorable boys, Roger, and Mickey. They decided to join Len�s dad and brother in Sandpoint, Idaho and built a beautiful home to raise the boys and their daughter, Lynette. Janet and Lan decided they wanted more for their lives and bought a family business. The liberty Motel. They enjoyed working together, visiting with the customers and they remodeled every room. After many years of hard work, they began a wonderful retirement together. One of there favorite places to go was deer lake, where they spent lots of fun times and fishing with their family and friends. Janet also loved her sorority sisters in beta sigma Phi. Getting together for their holiday parties, meetings, and giving service to the community for nearly 50 years. After Len�s passing, Janet moved to the Seattle area with her daughter, grandson, Zach, and her amazing caregiver, Sydne. She spent her last years as loving and witty as ever. Enjoying time with cousin patsy, her family, and friends. Janet was preceded by her beloved husband Lenard Bernard Pederson and her parents, Ada Marie Lane, and James William Lane. She is survived by sister Joanne Kay Rubright and her family. She also leaves behind her daughter, Lynette kay Ervin, her sons, Roger James Pederson and mickey Len Pederson, her grandchildren Ian Lane Pederson, Cameron Vahid Lannigan, Ashlee Marie Ervin, Zachary Hans Ervin, David Mathew Pederson, and great granddaughter, Cherish Louann Pederson and baby Jordan. We will love and miss you every day Grandma Janet.
