Jay H Landreth Obituary Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Jay H. Landreth at 89 years passed away on February 18, 2021. He is survived by his wife, Birgitta E. Landreth, and his two daughters. He enjoyed his many friends and neighbors in Spokane and in the community of River Run. He and his wife spent much of their retired life traveling to many places in the world. Other days were spent in Airway Heights managing the property that was bequeathed to him by his Aunt Flora Lundstrom. He often spoke about the wonderful summers he spent growing up in Ritzville, with his grandpa, Wade Landreth. The rod iron fence grandpa built is still there. He was born in Seattle Washington, graduated from Roosevelt High School. He received a B.A. in Chemistry from the University of Washington, B.S of Electrical Engineering from the U.S Air Force, and a M.S. in Engineering from California State University, Northridge.
