Joyce Ann Rosenoff Obituary Rosenoff, Joyce Ann Joyce, 79 entered into Heaven on January 6, 2024, at the Hospice House of Spokane. Her husband of 62 years and children were by her side. A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 16th at 2:00 P.M., Colbert Presbyterian Church, 4211 E. Colbert Rd.. Colbert, WA. Joyce was born August 25, 1944 in Denver, CO, to Harold C. and Clara M. Rasmussen. The family resided in Burns, WY and subsequently moved to Greeley and Ft. Lupton, CO where she met her husband, Doug. They were married at Rinn Community Church, Rinn, CO on August 13, 1961. They made their first home in Ft. Lupton, CO where she began her career in the food industry as a food clerk at the local Safeway Store. After graduating from Ft. Lupton High School her husband's work moved them to Tulsa, OK, Salt Lake City, UT, Spokane, WA and Gilbert, AZ. While in Spokane, Joyce earned an AA Degree from Spokane Falls Community College and an LPN Certificate from Mesa Community College while in Arizona. Through the years and moves, she developed a passion for plants and gardening which led her to a position as floral merchandiser for Trading Co. covering areas of Eastern Washington, Idaho and Montana. She prepared her home for the "Bloom in Spokane" Garden tour of June 15, 2013. The home was visited by more than 1000 people during the tour. Her passion outside of gardening included sewing, quilting, and home decorating. She made bridesmaids' dresses for both daughters and baked/decorated cakes for neighbors. Joyce attended Covenant United Methodist Church in Spokane and took part in surveying membership for a congregation long before the church was built for which she was a charter member. She played soccer on a coed team to please her husband who coached the team as well. An avid golfer, she competed in Wandermere women events winning numerous trophies. She was a devoted housewife and mother to four children and shared love to ten grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. Her warm personality, fidelity to genuineness in character and contagious broad smile will be greatly missed.� Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, three older brothers: Gerald, Dale, Duane, and older sister Marilyn and a grandson Ian. She is survived by five brothers: Gene, Vern, Don, Dennis all of Colorado, Gary of Oklahoma, and sister, Phyllis of California. She is survived by her husband Doug, sons: Arlon, Eric and daughters Melanee and Michelle. She is also survived by ten grandchildren: Rachel, Sean, Brandon, Katelyn, Aaron, Ryan, Katryn, Lindsay, Mackenzie, Nathan, and six great grandchildren: Autumn, Addison, Emery, Weston, Olivia, Lexi and Kallie.� In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Spokane Health and Rehabilitation, 6025 N.
