Judith "Judi" Nann Werner





Judith Nann Werner, 81, passed away peacefully on November 28, 2024, surrounded by her family in Liberty Lake, Washington.


She was born on December 27, 1942, in Amarillo, Texas, to Alton Meredith and Bernice Carroll. A graduate of Amarillo High School in 1960, she devoted her life to raising her children and had a successful career as an executive secretary, earning the respect and admiration of every superior she worked for.


Judi married the love of her life, Ben Werner, on November 14, 1986. Married for 38 years, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.


A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Judi found her greatest joy in family gatherings, musicals, sewing, embroidery, crafting, and boating.


To all who knew her, Judi was the very definition of a class act.


She was preceded in death by her parents, Alton and Bernice; her siblings, Maurice, Carol, and LaVerne; and her grandson, Kyle.


She is survived by her husband, Ben Werner; her daughters, Terry, Tracey, and Tifni; her grandchildren, Riley, Josh, Tiana, Kody, Jordan, and Brittaney; and her great-grandchildren, Kylor, Declan, and Jaxxon.


"You have been the glue that held this family together. You were adored and cherished by everyone who ever knew you. You poured your whole heart into those you loved. We only hope you knew, in every crevice of your being, how much we loved you and will continue to love you long after you've passed on from this life."


An open casket funeral will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at Heritage Funeral Home 508 N Government Way, Spokane, WA 99224.
