Karin Lombardi Obituary LOMBARDI, Karin (Age 76) Karin was born June 7, 1944 in Sindelfingen, West Germany to Kurt and Hildegard Ruoff. While resting peacefully, Jesus came to take her home on January 21, 2021. Karin was raised in Sindelfingen where she married her first husband Earl Dean Lombardi. They moved to the United States, and had two children. Following their split, Karin decided to stay in Spokane to raise their two children and worked at Spokane Public Schools from where she retired. She and her longtime companion, John Fowler, lived happily in their house in north Spokane where Karin enjoyed tending to her garden, relaxing by her backyard pool, and spoiling her three grandchildren. Karin is survived by her domestic partner John Fowler; her children Brian (Meredith) Lombardi, Christina (Daniel) Shull; her grandchildren Mason Lombardi, Bailey Lombardi and Trinity Shull; her sister Marlis (Sass) Lohrer, as well as a niece (Nicole Seefeld), cousins, and other beloved extended family in Germany. She is preceded in death by her parents and her second husband Kenneth Fieseler. Karin will lovingly be remembered for her sincerity, strength, love of family, and generous spirit. The family will have a celebration of life as soon as practical. To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Karin, please visit our Tree Store
