Linda Rae Schneider Obituary Linda Rae Schneider was born on April 1st, 1943 to Elmer and Lillian Morlan. She passed peacefully following a brief battle with pancreatic cancer on , August 3, 2021. She was 78. A lifelong Spokane resident, she lived at her home in the Glenrose area for 53 years. She attended Lewis and Clark High School where she excelled on the Golf team and was a �scratch� golfer. She enjoyed the game of Golf and played often after her retirement. Her favorite foursome was her sisters Judy and Sandy, along with her Brother-in-Law Dave. After graduating in 1961, Linda met and married Bob Schneider Sr. in 1962. During their marriage, they had two wonderful children, Bob Jr and Mikki. Linda�s father was a champion trapshooter and the fruit didn�t fall far from the tree. Linda was the first woman to win a Washington State Trapshooting Championship, winning the Handicap event in 1977. Linda is survived by her son, Bob Schneider, Jr.; daughter, Mikki Bisset; grandchildren, Joe Bisset and Dariyan Johnston, Jake and Madison Bisset; and Brad Peetz. Linda was expecting 2 great-grandbabies in September and December. She is also survived by her sisters Judy (Dave) VanHersett and Sandy Walker and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant daughter, Patricia Ann. A casual funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at 1100 at Heritage Funeral Home with a reception to follow. Linda�s favorite color was purple, if you have anything purple, please consider wearing it to honor her.
