Louise Jean Bray Obituary BRAY, Louise Jean (Age 88) Life-long Spokane resident, Louise J. Bray, passed away December 5, 2018; she was born on October 5, 1930 to Milton and Annie Schmidt in Spokane. She graduated from Central Valley H.S. in 1948 and married Roy Gene Bray on October 8, 1948 in Greenacres. Louise worked in home as a housewife and mother. She loved attending church at Greenacres Christian Fellowship. She loved the Lord. Louise spent many hours baking great homemade pies and cakes and tending to her flowers. She was always kind and loved everyone she met. Louise also loved music with a passion. Louise is survived by her husband of 70 years, Gene Bray; 3 children, Terry Bray, Karen Shaw and Gary Bray; 6 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and siblings, David Schmidt and Marian Hurry. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Don, Ralph, Alan and her twin brother, Leonard. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 5th at 11am at Greenacres Christian Fellowship, 215 N. Barker Rd., Spokane Valley.
