Maxine Hinckley Obituary Maxine (Boston) Hinckley passed from this world on the eve of April 1. Maxine now joins her recent husband and high school sweetheart, Homer Hinckley. She bore nine beautiful children, eight of whom remain in earthly form. She graduated from Leavitt Institute, in Turner, ME, as well as Eastern Washington University. While her life, she had many vocations, but was particularly proud and fond of her work in vocational rehabilitation. Maxine was an avid reader and enjoyed intellectual, religious, spiritual and historical discussions. Throughout her life, she dabbled in painting and poetry. She expressed her love for god in many ways. Maxine felt that life should be lived as an adventure and was seldom afraid to step into the unknown. Her presence will be missed by all who knew her.
