Paul Eugene Gustafson Obituary Paul Eugene Gustafson, age 70, left this earth much too soon due to a tragic accident on Wednesday, October 17, 2018. He was loved and adored by many including his wife, Susan Gustafson. They enjoyed 28 years together. Paul was a lifelong resident of Spokane, Washington and he was known throughout the Spokane community for his big heart and friendly demeanor. Paul retired from ABM after 48 years of service. Over those years he knew no stranger and easily became friends with anyone he met. He was respected and loved not only for his work ethic but also for his kindness. He and Susan also owned Pro Window Cleaning. Between his two roles, he worked tirelessly doing a multitude of jobs in many locations throughout the Spokane community. Paul was well known and loved by many at Frankie Doodles. He spent time there every day, drinking his beloved coffee and discussing politics and current events. He never had an unkind word to say about anyone, except for certain politicians being discussed at Frankie Doodles. He also enjoyed his big toys. His boat, Corvette, truck, and of course all his Harley Davidson motorcycles provided him much joy. However, his family and friends were the love of his life. He dedicated his life to helping all he met and if he had a fault it was his inability to say no. He is survived by his three children, Paul James Gustafson (Maria), Zachary Grimm, and Kelly Savage (John); his sister, Trula Millspaugh (Jimmy); and nieces, Felecia Todd (Travis) and Erin Kranzler (Jerry). He enjoyed and loved spending time with his seven grandchildren, Jessica (Casey) Jeremy, Ericka (Charles), Jazlyn, Landon, Hudson and Parker; and his three great-grandchildren, Zoey, Max and Zoey. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Edna Gustafson. He will be missed by his loving family and the many friends he made over the years. Paul continued to give as he passed with his corneas donated to two individuals allowing them to see. Please consider organ donation for loved ones. Memorial services will be held at Spokane First Church of Nazarene, 9004 North Country Homes Blvd., Spokane on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at 2pm.
