Richard Gene Hutsell Obituary Richard G. Hutsell January 3, 1927 � December 6, 2020 Rev. Richard G. Hutsell, known better as �Dick� or Brother Hutsell, was born on January 3, 1927 in Lingle WY and passed peacefully in his home in Spokane, WA on December 6, 2020. He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Amy (McMullen-Seely) Hutsell, two daughters Georgia Allen (Dennis) and Cindy Newell, 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson. He was preceded in death by his parents, his twin brother Robert, 7 additional siblings and his son-in law Kenneth Newell. In his early years, Dick worked as a farm hand on his father�s farm raising cattle and breaking horses. He served a short time in the Army during WWII. This became very special to him later in life and he was honored to participate in Honor Flight to Washington D.C. in 2013. After the Army, Dick attended Berean School of the Bible and spent most of his life serving God as a Minister. He was a lifetime member of Pentecostal Evangelical Church where he served in many roles including General Bishop for 14 years. He also founded Shiloh Bible Institute. Dick worked at the Sheraton Hotel in Spokane until he retired at 65 in 1992. After 2 weeks he was bored and started a window washing business that enjoyed for another 20 years. Loving his family was the great joy of Dick�s life. He was often heard saying, �I love all my family so much.� A funeral for family only will be held on Tuesday, December 15th at 12:30 p.m. There will be a live stream link made available to those who would like to attend virtually.
