Sharon Lee Gilliland-Culbert Obituary Sharon Lee Gilliland-Culbert, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2023, at the age of 69 at her home in Spangle, Washington. She was born on September 14, 1954, in Tuscan, Arizona. Sharon was a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse, serving the community at Sacred Heart Medical Center for over 45 years. Sharon had a deep love for her family and took great pride in supporting them. She was a skilled crochet artist, creating beautiful blankets and booties for her friends and family. She had a green thumb and enjoyed tending to her plants. Sharon found joy in watching the history and discovery channels, expanding her knowledge and curiosity about the world. She had a vast collection of cobalt blue glassware, a testament to her appreciation for unique and beautiful objects. She is survived by her father, Jim Gilliland, her loving husband, Wayne Culbert, and her children, Kevin Culbert, Lisa Culbert, Lindsey Culbert, as well as her grandchildren, Daryus Culbert, Makayla Culbert, Savannah Culbert, Xavier Culbert, Sophia Culbert, Christina Parker, and Sadie Parker. Sharon was preceded in death by her mother, Nona Gilliland, and her brothers, Robert Gilliland and Danny Gilliland. Sharon graduated from Shadle Park High School and furthered her education at Spokane Community College. Throughout her career at Sacred Heart Medical Center, she made a positive impact on countless lives, providing comfort and care to those in need. A ceremony to honor Sharon's life will be held on Friday, November 3, 2023, at 2:00 PM. The services will be conducted by Heritage Funeral Home, located in Spokane, Washington. Sharon's warm presence, unwavering dedication, and love for her family will forever be cherished. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
