Velma is survived by sons David R Eastwood (Arlene) and Donald W Eastwood; granddaughters Amanda and Jennifer and grandsons David and Brian. She was preceded in death by her husband Wallace and sister Dorothy.
A private burial was held at Spokane Memorial gardens.
