Velma J Eastwood Obituary Velma J Eastwood born in Spokane, WA on February 17, 1922. She passed away on January 26, 2019 in Spokane, WA. Velma was born to James and Irma (Scoles) Ray. She graduated from West Valley High School in 1940 and married Wallace R Eastwood in 1945. She worked at Washington Trust Bank and AAA Auto Insurance. Velma is survived by sons David R Eastwood (Arlene) and Donald W Eastwood; granddaughters Amanda and Jennifer and grandsons David and Brian. She was preceded in death by her husband Wallace and sister Dorothy. A private burial was held at Spokane Memorial gardens.
